IRA members receive our quarterly newsletter, In the Bag. This publication is filled with information on what is happening at the Association office, as well as the State, local, and federal level. Current issues are available to MEMBERS ONLY; however, non-members may access archived issues.
From time-to-time, IRA issues urgent notices or alerts to our members notifying them of "hot" issues that cannot wait until the next newsletter or session update. Oftentimes, these publications are strictly informational; however, there may be instances where action is requested by the IRA membership. Available to MEMBERS ONLY.
During the legislative session, IRA provides a weekly overview to all members of legislation and actions taken at the Legislature that impact the retail industry. Available to MEMBERS ONLY.
At the conclusion of each legislative session, IRA publishes and distributes to its membership Session Law for Retailers (& More). This valuable publication gives an overview of all the new laws that will go into effect during the year that retailers need to be aware of to ensure their business is in compliance.
